I want to return my product. What are the return conditions? Which products can I return?

1. Our customers can send back the products if they pay the shipment fee. We cannot accept returns for products due to high cost of shipping.
2. Our top priority is deliver premium quality shoes with affordable prices. That is why we do not have a free return policy. 
3. Please pay attention to the size chart when purchasing the product. If there is a defect in the product upon delivery, you may contact us via email at info@ayakmod.com or through our WhatsApp line within 14 days from the delivery date to explain your situation. (Please indicate your order number in your mails.) We would be happy to assist you and, if necessary, provide a gift voucher.
